Returns and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel your order, please do it within 24 hours upon placing your order. If your order has still yet to be sent out, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a tracking number, unfortunately we wouldn't be able to cancel your order.
Return Requirements for Return-Eligible Items
Items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
We allow for a 14 days Warranty Period upon the receipt of your order. If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days upon receipt of your items together with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item as well.
Due to our warehouse being located overseas, we only provide refund/resend for damaged and wrong products.
Refund requests for orders received after 14 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 14 days have gone by since you've received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund, unless the items were wrongly sent.
RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on resending/refund.
DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Hello@eulahome.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resending.
Late Or Missing RefundsIf you haven’t received a refund after a few days, please contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
